I like the lighting, I'd probably add some shadowing to the blood drops, looks photoshopped without. I don't know how much you ps, but if you want me to help send me a note, I'll do it for you. Otherwise great shot!

They're stick on decals I put on my face, not shopped at all. But I can see how it might look weird because they're three dimensional, they stick out a bit because they're made for scrap booking.
